Showed her a simple updo feedin braid hairstyle & came out with a crooked bun & uneven ends which was nothing like the picture & the braids wasn't like the picture. My daughter got her hair done today and she put alot of gel on her hair its way to much . And they were talking in their language the whole time ouly isn't the one who did it some other lady did and she was taking breaks. My daughter showed her a picture on how she wanted it and it's not like the picture it's neat just not what she wanted.

Not only were these ladies extremely rude. They acted like braiding my hair was an inconvenience. They talked in a different language in front of me the entire time. I would have let all of this slide except for the fact that it was the most painful hair braiding experience of my life. My scalp is still swollen, when I commented about how tight my hair was and how painful it was I was told that it was because my hair was short. If I didn't have natural thick hair, I'm almost positive my hair would be falling out. I would not EVER recommend this place. Oh and if you do go, you should make sure it's summer because the heat will definitely not be on and it will be freezing.
