I don’t generally review establishments unless they are excellent or really bad, and unfortunately this Great Clips location falls into the latter category. I brought my daughter in to get a very basic cut, which any beauty school student could handle. After about a 7 minute haircut, she was done and we left. When we got home and I looked closer, it looked atrocious. If I had held her hair together and cut straight across, and did nothing else, I probably could have gotten the same result. It was completely uneven with some pieces being an inch longer in spots. I hate to rate them like this because they were nice, and we got in quickly, but the haircut was really unacceptable. 😕

Great staff, always helpful when I don't really know how I want my hair cut. They were excellent with working with me after I had surgery and recently had stitches removed from my scalp. Process are very affordable and their sales are excellent. Their online check-in in extremely convenient as well.
