I went in to Great Clips over at Triangle Town across from Target. First, I had to wait an hour. This was on a Sunday morning. Then when I got into the chair, I had a picture of what I wanted the cut to be. My hair was below my shoulder and I wanted it cut into a "pixie" type, but not like a boy. I asked her not to cut my bangs, which she did. I asked for a peak at the back and she cut it straight across like a boy. She then tried to correct it and shaved the sides of my back up to my skull bones like some kind of mange-ridden mental patient. The sides are all uneven and it is a mess that I cannot fix because she cut it so short. She cut out the ears and left a huge gap behind my ears. i cannot fix it because it is so short and butchered in the back. Every day it looks even worse. You should NOT hire people who are not competent to cut hair. This is why your reputation is tainted. I knew I shouldn't have gone in there, but I don't have a lot of time on the weekends to make appointments. I figured with a picture of what I wanted, she could at least gotten it to a similar point. It is beyond repair at this point. I am extremely disappointed and to the point of anger and legal action.

The woman who cut my hair destroyed my hair. I asked her to cut off the dead ends and layer it. I walked away with hair 3 inches shorter with no layers. I have never had such a bad haircut. The women were all complaining about how much they hate their jobs and I should have left. I hate that woman. She ruined my hair. I have to wait for a YEAR to get 3 inches of growth back because hair grows 1/4 an inch a month. HOW DARE SHE like really I have to live with my hair and she ruined a YEAR of growth with ZERO of what I asked for. I have never had a worse haircut. I hate her and I'm never going back.

Can't beat the price. Wait time was great too. Asked for side bangs, framing some layer in the back. Stylist was Cecelia she was great! She helped me find a style that worked for me.

Went in to have my undercut trimmed, the check in process was slow, and when I was in the chair the stylist asked me why I had an undercut when I didn't have a neck tattoo. When she trimmed it she pressed too close to the skin and left a nasty red scratch on my neck that has been there for 24 hours. As I went to pay, she tried to charge me for a full haircut! Never again. Great Clips makes Supercuts look like a bourgeois spa.
