Horrible experience. This guy the seemingly Chinese guy with name Thomas was picking and choosing whom to call to cut hair inspire of the online check in order being visible to everyone. When I checked in online it was showing 28 minutes wait time. I drove for 15 minutes to reach there and the wait time had increased to 35 minutes. I went in and saw this guy calling people at random. I was number 4 in the queue shown on the line. After waiting for 10 minutes I saw him call two other people who had just walked in and were last o. The check in list. So I went to ask him. To that he rudely said” I know. Go sit there”. There was another small kid who was waiting for much longer than me his father said. Because I asked him, he called me in next. I went and sat and he started rudely... “ what do you want?” I told him and he started with the clippers. I have never had any great clips barbers pull on my hair with the clippers. This man pulled the clipper not bothering that it was hurting me. He did not ask me if I need my back hairline straight or curved. Just got done in 6-7 minutes flat. Showed the mirror on one side and moved to the payment table. Did not care to ask if the length was proper on top where he used scissors. When I did not give him a tip he threw the receipt on me and moved in. I am not going to this place ever again. A pretty frustrated guy he is indeed. I am going to put in a complaint with the corporate office.

This is one of the best places to get haircut! I came right before they closed and they still took the time to welcome me and give me a haircut. Jenny did a great job! Such a nice person too! One of the best experiences I've had at any hair salon. I highly recommend this place!

Just came back from my "5 minutes" ! haircut after shower looking in mirror I see my 25 cent hair cut which I paid $15.00. more than anything I feel sorry for $3.00 tip I paid! the worst hair cut in 50 years, she used the fast electric clipper all along and took a circle around my left ear exposing my skin! If you need a fast hair cut and have only 1 or 2 minutes!, this is the place. I should have read the reviews before not after like the idiot I am.

This Great Clips location is my favorite! As busy and overwhelming as the place was, Ginny was so courteous & diligent! Not only am i thrilled, but am also relieved to have finally found this excellent service and skill! Thank you, Ginny for all your help with my hair needs!

Had a worst experience and will never come back.The Chinese old man working there was so mean and didn’t do his job well. The hair cut was uneven and didn’t do it the way I asked. He didn’t even understand what I asked which was very basic. I refused to pay the tip when he explicitly asked for it and so he looked at my face so angrily and never even bothered to speak a word until I left the saloon. Great clips is spoiling its name by having these kind of people who doesn’t even know how to cut hair. He hardly spent 6-7 mins on me . Complete waste of $14. Will never go to any of the great clips saloon.
