I had been to supercuts one other time before and been pleased, but my experience today will never let me go to a supercuts again. I wanted a simple trim and bang trim. I left with visibly crooked hair and too short bangs that were also crooked. She sent me out the door with wet hair, and so i didn't see the full extent of the damage til I got home. My hair will be staying in a ponytail and my bangs pinned up under a hat until I can find another hairdresser to fix this mess.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten in my lifetime of 30 years. I could do a better job pulling hair out of my head. Avoid avoid. No wonder the place was empty when I walked in.

After a mix up with another Super Cuts we had to find a place that could do 3 up-do's for a wedding on a Sunday morning. We called here because they opened early and they were able to fit us in. The 2 women working were so accommodating to what the girls wanted. All three girls walked out looking beautiful and happy. Thank you for everything ladies!!

You know... I've been here several times and had some good experiences. But today I was given a hair cut so bad and so far from what I specifically asked for that I felt I had to leave a review. You might get a good haircut here occasionally... You could just as easily walk away with a buzz cut you didn't ask for (like me). My hair will (eventually) grow back, but my business with SuperCuts will not. I'll save the $15 and get a better haircut by cutting my own hair in the mirror with some kitchen shears or something. Avoid.
