Been to this location several times now, and almost always get a pretty decent cut, or at least one I can live with. This past time I got Brandi, and she was awesome! Asked me exactly how I wanted it, gave some expert suggestions, cut it just how I asked, pleasantly conversational. Great experience with her!

This salon is closest to my apartment, and I generally walk there (laziness). However, this is the last time I am going to this great clips (I have had bad haircuts from this place---I still keep going back, go figure). My hairdresser just upped his game and made it sure that I don't ever come back. There was a general lack of concern (or rather respect). I am left with a bunch of hair which is at least two cms longer than the rest. Go at your own risk.

The staff was friendly, but the haircut was awful. And the whole place smelled like an ash tray. I just wanted about 3 inches cut off, right above my shoulders, and I got that but it it was choppy, there was random longer strands that were inches longer, and they didn't even dry or style it. My hair was damp and looking like I just hopped out of the shower when I left. My mom asked for a trim on her pixie cut and walked out looking like a man, her hair was so short. And this was from 2 different stylists! We will be letting our hair grow a little bit more and going somewhere else to get it fixed. We won't be going there again.

I really enjoy getting my haircuts here. I've been to some bad great clips, but this is not one of them. I really enjoyed the woman who cut my hair and left really enjoying my haircut (which isn't very typical). People are too picky when it comes to their hair. If there are one or two hairs out of line (literally) their entire experience becomes negative. Glad I got my haircut here and I'll be back again next time.

They do not do quality work. They have cut my hair 3 times now and did a very poor job each time. I do not recommend going here.
