Average experience. Had to wait a really long time as one of the two hair cutters left after the haircut before me. I understand she likely was due to be off already and the other cutter was working with an odd customer. I waited over 45 minutes with only one person in front of me. Place was clean, product shelf appeared amply stocked, my cutter was plenty friendly and apologized for the wait. Can't say I'm excited to come back for a second cut though.

LADIES! Do not go here. My nans is not Tim it’s sarah but this place ruined my hair for months. On Monday I went in for my “dead ends” to be trimmed off due to my hairdresser being closed and my hair was butchered. I now have BANGS that are swooped off to the side SHORT AS CAN BE not even where I part my hair( I was also not asked where it is parted. She cut about 4-5 inches off of my front frame like it was nothing. Not once as a “hairdresser” done this so easily without a consultation. I now have to take 40-50,000 biotin mcg tans daily to try and have my hair grow. I also now will need to look into about$400worth of extensions or wear my hair up. Every. Single. Day. This will be great for my dating life and going out. Terrible what she did and she only offered to take $5 off my cut. I’ve never been so mortified.

Jennifer Reid cut my hair and she is an amazing stylist with 20 years experience. From what she shared she had even taught at a cosmetology school for years! Lucky me! She talked me through the whole cut and kept checking in to make sure that she knew exactly what outcomes I wanted. Very cool. Jenifer I will see you in a month!
