I use to go to Summer and she was awesome. She could work with my white blonde hair fantastically. She recently left and I went to someone else. I've had my roots touched up several times there so I know the process, but the new person only left the toner on for a second instead of 10-15 minutes like Summer would. This led to my roots coming out bright yellow instead of blending naturally. She seemed very rushed. Summer would also always offer to my style my hair which I loved, but I wasn't offered this time. I paid way too much money to come out with the wrong colored roots - I will be finding out where Summer works and going to her.

Tiffany is amazing! So talented and skilled with color. This is the best balayage, ever, by anyone's standards. She's so delightful while she does her magic, too. The whole staff was friendly and attentive, ever thing you want in a hair salon. I found my spot and I'm sticking with it!

I had my hair done for the very first time at a salon near my house in Georgia and they damaged my hair so bad. I came to Bottega since I was in town working and explained what had happened and Bethany who works there repaired my hair and practically did a miracle on my hair to restore it and I am so grateful to have had her fix my so damaged hair....thank you so, so much Bethany!!!! Now it looks super healthy and beautiful!

My hair has been happy at Bottega for several years now! I’m sure everyone is great but my experiences have been with Nick and Jen, love them both!

This salon took 3 appointments to balayage my hair and all I ended up with was damaged yellow hair. I ended up going to another salon a few weeks later to have my hair dyed back to its natural chestnut color but the damage was done. My hair is dry and splitting. Very sad. They do not know how to color brunette hair. Period. What a waste of time and money.
