Talk about gentle...this is coming from someone who is highly sensitive especially when it comes to the top of my head. All I can say is I'M IMPRESSED!!! Out of all African Hair Braiding Shops I have visited you guys are really good. Thank you for my triangular part box braids.. I love them. Thank you! You will be seeing me again!

Amazing customer service unlike other places i have been to recently. very gently on my head which was amazing. One of the ladies even offered to share some food with me. The time wasn't that bad either. I definitely will be back

I'm going to list all the issues I have experienced. 1. It was after 10am before anyone got there to start on my braids and I scheduled 9am appointment. 2. Before the lady even started, she told me she had to eat breakfast first. 3. Did not get started for a hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. 4. They expect payment before services are even started. 5. The lady was extremely heavy handed while doing your hair especially around the edges. When I said something her response was "that is how it is". I explained that I've had Senegalese twists before the did not feel like that. 6. My scalp felt like it should have been bleeding. It felt like what ever she was using to part my hair was cutting my scalp. 7. She was not the least bit concerned about my discomfort. 8. The sections were parted are entirely too small. There are so many years braids, that I can even put up in a ponytail with the help of some else. That is frustrating! 9. After only one week, two braids have already come out. Extremely unacceptable for the price you pay upfront! I do not intend to returning and I will not be recommending a one to go there.

My fiancee got her hair done here last week. She loves it, and I love the way she looks and that she is happy. Its good to see a black business providing great service and great customer service. I am going to tell all my female friends and associates about Nara's. Keep up the great work.

Been going to this shop for over ten years and this year along I have been screwed twice first I went a few months ago to get some jumbo lemonade braids which were messed up and I had to wait 5 hrs for them to finish someone else hairs before fixing their mistake but I waited and wAs satisfied once I left the second time. Now yesterday I went in showed what I wanted to be done girl said she could do it but didn’t want to do it yesterday so she told me to come back today to only tell me she’s sorry she can’t do my hair I will never give them anymore of my money I can’t stand for someone to give me the run around when I’m paying for a service
