Horrible customer service! I have been to The Junction a few times for a haircut and manicure and have never been very impressed (only went because of close location to my office) but today was definitely my last time ever going. I booked an appointment online and received a call shortly after letting me know the stylist had to go home because of a sick child. I completely understood and re-booked with Rhonda. I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early, only to find Rhonda had just begun another haircut. I asked the receptionist if indeed she had just began the haircut and was assured that she had not, but instead was already done with the cut and was just washing the guys hair. So for the next 25 minutes I sat there and watched Rhonda give this dude a haircut (the receptionist told me a bold face lie)! My original appointment was scheduled at 12:30 for 1 hour. I knew I had to be out the door by 1:30 to get back to my office for an afternoon meeting. At 12:50 Rhonda was still cutting this guys hair. I ended up having to cancel my appointment. The receptionist just said "sorry". I understand people run late, etc. but I have a slammed schedule and when I make an appointment, I am expect to be seen on time. Having a client wait 25 minutes and you cant even come over and tell them that you are sorry you are running late is COMPLETELY unacceptable. Side note, the nail techs are TERRIBLE with gel. By far the worst manicures I have ever received.

The ladies do amazing work! I had never had my hair colored (at age 27!) and they walked me through the entire process and really educated me in how to style my new ‘do. They taught me how to use a curling iron (yes I was a newbie!) and were so kind and helpful. I got SO MANY compliments on my balayage and sleek new cut! I absolutely love my stylist and am definitely a Junction convert. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The space is gorgeous and they have a bar! You can enjoy a drink during your appointment.

I had a fantastic exerpeince here! Not only were the lady’s able to get me in last minute, but Timmy did an amazing job cutting and styling. I’ve just moved here and was a bit worried using a different salon but this place far exceeded any expectations that I had! Would highly recommend this for anyone looking for exceptional service and a great hair cut! Will be back!

This salon is awesome! Timmy cuts my hair and he does an amazing job. I have extensions and he blends them perfectly with my short layers and it looks great. I definitely recommend him!

Very friendly people. The stylist are very knowledgeable. Best hair cut and color I've ever had! Won't go anywhere else. Don't hesitate do come try this place out. They won't disappoint!
