Roxane…listens and takes the time to describe how a style would be cut as far as angles and how that will affect the desired result…explains options and how my hair will respond to certain styles. She’s very skilled – a professional, even cut; very personable, patient and, as mentioned, communicates well. Great combination of customer service skills.

I got my hair done by Erica last night. I got my hair cut, highlights and lowlights. She did an amazing job!! I love my hair now. The studio is clean and beautiful. They offer beverages, including wine. I'll never go any where else again. I've been spoiled by enV and plan to stay a client for life.

I was charged for a cut and shampoo. I declined the shampoo but was still charged. I should be charged according to the services recieved. I am a loyal customer and work in customer service so I usually give great reviews and am extremely understanding. Overcharging not good business practice.

I'm a HUGE fan of Jen! I've been going to enV for a while now and it's great, but my stylist just left. I was so nervous about finding a new one that fit with my schedule but she's perfection! She's sweet and great to talk to and cuts my hair just how I want it. Thanks Jen!!

Just moved to Apex and my entire crew needed haircuts. Everyone walked out looking good and the price was great. Loved that it's right downtown because afterwards we were able to go to the farmer's market.
