Great staff have been a customer now for two years. Salina is the best she has been my stylist for 2 years now and I want go to anyone else. Never had any issue here and love that they support the military with the military discount. Thanks for such great service and such a fun environment.

Poor - What is the policy on black hair at Great Clips? Appointment or NO Appointment required? I go to the store in White Oaks yesterday at 6:15p.m. with 1 male waiting and 2 styles in the store assisting there customer. I was asked by the styles do I want a cut, and I explain No, I would like a wash, blow dry and press then advised you need an appointment. Well - I was advised prior by the staff no appointment was required you can just walk-in. Crazy, if ONLY 1 PERSON Waiting on a cut, why do you need an appointment if the store was SLOW at the present time, PLUS the store did not close until 9p.m. Guess, I have to search for another Great Clips who assist on the spot when the store is not busy.

I was there once and it was a great service and I decided to go back today (sunday) and I check the schedule to make sure the store was open, the opening hours according to Google said that the store closed at 6pm, so we got there at 5:05pm and the store was locked, lady came to the door and said that they close at 5 on Sundays and 6 on Saturdays. I didn't see any schedule posted on the door, but I think that needs to be updated if that is the case because that was a wasting time for me

Just because you don't pay alot for a haircut does not mean the stylist is not going to give you a good cut..... I have paid alot for a haircut and have walked out not happy.....So this time I went to Great CLips based on their reviews....I walked in and was seated right away with Lakisha......I told her I would write a review if I liked it the next day after I did my hair.....and I LOVE the way she cut my hair....spot on....You not only gave me a great cut but you and Selena and the other lady there were all soo awesome to talk to....thank you for a great experience.....and for helping me like my hair after the mess up with the color and highlights I received at another salon....I will be back.....
