I got my hair cut, colored and styled by Selenia today and she did a fantastic job. She listened and paid attention when I described the look I wanted. Then she took the time to make sure my hair came out perfect. I will definitely be back to see her!

Had a great salon experience with Heli! She was able to lighten my dark, Asian hair and give me vibrant blue highlights that stood out (even when wet!) and looked absolutely stunning. Will definitely return!

This store was clean and well organized: I've never been in before and I found everything I was looking for with asking for help!

I tend to go to this Ulta often since I live down the street from it. I notice that many of their popular items can be out of stock for a good amount of time. Some days they have many associates that check in with you and some days I only see a person at the register so finding help can be difficult. If you are able to drive to the Cary location, they seem to have more in stock.

I proceeded to checkout on a sunday afternoon, I purchased a dipbrow, a nyx brush, and a white eye liner because I was runing low on these products. As I am checking out I put the brush and the liner on table but before I can reach it the lady who was checking me out took them away from me as if she couldn't wait. Like what is so important that you have to get to you know? So she puts those away and in a very rude way she snatches the pomade away from my hand. Quickly loads them does not give me a bag and leaves? Doesn't say have anice evening like a normal respectful person would say. Also while I was in there no one person decided to welcome me or help me keep in mind I was in there for about 45 minutes.
