I've had my hair trimmed here around 5 times and they always do a good job. I have long blonde hair, bangs, and a couple layers. I hardly ever wait there and it only takes like ten minutes but I go at less crowded times. Kristen did my hair today and did such a good job. Thanks to all you guys and gals who work here. Y'all are super nice. Much love

This is where I get my haircut. I have my own stylist.

The young girl that cut my son's hair the first time didn't do that great of a job and you could see a line where it should've been faded and smooth. I reluctantly took him back for another cut hoping that maybe I'd get a different "stylist" but nope.... Same girl. I explained after the second cut that the first time you could see a fairly severe line where it should be faded and wanted to make sure we didn't have that issue this time. We had the same issue. After the second cut I noticed it wasn't faded neatly yet again and asked her to smooth it out which she supposedly did. After she "fixed" it you could tell no difference and she explained that his head "dips in around that area" and that was why there was a line?? My boys head is pretty typical and I've noticed no strange "dips" or abnormalities and at that point I just wanted him out of the chair so I could take him home and fix it myself. Once returning home I realized I was so concerned about the fade I hadn't paid too much attention to his bangs. His bangs were crooked and choppy as if a small animal had been eating his hair. How freaking hard is it to cut bangs in a straight line?? Now I am actually a pretty nice guy and don't usually cause much of a fuss or complain unnecessarily (and make sure to tip) but damn. I know it's a good budget hair cut but I still would think that if nothing else the bangs would not be a trouble spot. I'm EXTREMELY glad I didn't take my young daughter in there for her to cut her hair "she has long pretty hair". I also usually don't go out of my way to write reviews but really would hate for an unknowing parent to take a little girl in there for this chick to butcher. The other staff may be excellent so I can't speak for them but I'd stay clear of the one we encountered. So as not to slander I won't name names but do believe that parents do deserve at the very least a clue. Will only say that her name rhyme's with the yellow objects that monkey's love to eat. Will not be taking anyone in my family back to Great Clips.
