If I had the option to give no stars I would how has this place not had it's licence revoked seriously I've been here 3 times first time they give me a mullet apparently short layers equals a mullet and the second time they cut all my hair off when I said just the dead ends I had hair down to my mid back and this time today I went in and had a color disaster and my ends were burnt and dead this chick wish I got her name just grabs a fist full of hair and chops it grabs another fist full and chops it my 2 year old son could have given me a better hair cut this place needs to shut down you are going to charge $14 to ruin someone's hair really? My brother and mother got their hair cut today and the both are horrible cuts my brothers hair is cut in such a way that he has to use gel to lay the hair down that isn't cut right and my mother poor woman has uneven edges she looks like someone decided to make stairs out of the nape of her neck these people should be shut down

The service here is typically okay, although they are normally quite busy. My most recent experience here was subpar. I requested a short buzz cut and they still want to charge me $14 for it?! That's too high for them to just run clippers through it. Not to mention the fact that the hairstylist lady was in a hurry to get mine done and missed a few spots. I probably won't be going back to Great Clips for my hair. I'm better off buying my own clippers to do it myself.

The most horrible experience ever! The guy clearly did not know how to cut hair! He chose sections that he wanted to cut!! It was an unbelievable experience and I just couldn't wait for him to just get done! I can't believe you would have someone like this in your shop!
