The black girl did not even come close to what I asked for. A simple fade. I explained clearly and thought any one who cuts hair would understand. I had to go home and salvage the best I could. Also didn't clean up my neck or around my ears. Hard to imagine she could have done worse. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I have been going here for the past eight months or so. Hair cuts have always been fine, but never amazing. Last month, I get a hair cut from Olga which I actually thought was amazing. I was so happy with it, I call ahead of time requesting her. Now I have been growing out the top of my hair for about half a year. Everytime I sit down I explicitly say barely cut the top please. Olga repeated what I said and then I took off my glasses. I feel her cutting off a lot, I make a comment and she reassures me. I finally put my glasses back on to see she's cut the top of my hair down to about half it's size. I complain to her and she doesn't apologize. Instead brushes off what I said and offers a discount. Olga then goes on to say that I need to tell her these things in the beginning. At this point I just correct her, pay and then leave. I will never go back to that store again. If you still want to get a haircut here avoid Olga at all costs.

I reserved a time to come here and they were ready at the appropriate time. I was going to get a cut and color. Olga began cutting me first, not coloring, which I thought was weird because it’s usually the other way around. Then when she cut my hair, she didn’t wet it. She was cutting it dry. I asked her why and she said “oh, I LOVE cutting hair dry, it’s easier to see what you are doing.” I should have stopped her then. I had an idea, short, soft layers with a slightly more blunt bang. My hair was not styled when I came in so there was no texture and it was laying pretty flat having washed it that morning. As she chopped away, I could HEAR her scissors needed sharpening. Chop. Chop. Chop. The “layers” looked like uneven steps. I brought my concerns up and let he know I would set up a time to do the coloring later. She kept saying she has done her best and what I told her to do, which was not true. I used the words soft, texture and natural. She said she was afraid to cut anymore and I said okay, that I would just check out and leave. After all, she did cut my hair, even if it looked terrible. She then began to lift up a tress of my hair, drag a comb through it and held her scissors as if she was going to snip! I said “I thought you were afraid to cut any more off,” asked her to stop and had to push her hand away from my hair. There were three people waiting to get their hair cut afte me, their hands over their mouths and there eyes were bugged out. Again I said I would like to check out and go but she took off my cape, said there was no charge and I walked out, wishing luck to the people behind me. I just wanted a short, soft spring do. What I got was a hack job worse than a seven year old gives her Barbie. 100% do not recommend. You get what you pay for and in my case that meant a stylist who either didn’t listen or heard what they wanted.

First visit to this location with my 18 month old. He is not a fan of haircuts and Megan did a great job with him! She was very pleasant and cut his hair just like we wanted it.

I do not recommend this place... “licensed stylist” didn’t listen to what I asked for at all... gave me a part an inch wide... took off an extra inch and absolutely ruined my hair... she did what she wanted not what I asked her to do.... blow the extra $15 and get yourself a proper haircut
