Highly recommend this location. Since I'm relatively new to Cincinnati, I've been to a lot of different haircut places, and haven't yet gone to the same place twice. I've been to awful Great Clips locations before, but this one was close and I had a coupon. :) I was very satisfied with my haircut; Cortney did a great job figuring out what I wanted (I never know how to tell people to cut my hair) and had a great scissor-cut done in no time. Maybe the best haircut I've gotten in Cincinnati. And my wife agrees.

Nice staff, had good conversations but rushed through the cut choice and provided little to no info on the length of a cut until the stylist had already decided that was the cut to be made. Lots of prodding needed to move onto a different cut and the request for bang length was ignored. Left my hair way too short for my liking all over. Wonderful people, horrible cut. Won’t be back and won’t recommend.

This place had some problems when I visited.... First, just a heads up that this place is popular. There was a line before it even opened. Definitely check in online so you don’t have to wait as long. Also, the times listed in the Bear Cash magazine are wrong. They actually open an hour later. So that sucked. But they might not even open on time anyway! The day I went, the employees were stuck outside because the manager wasn’t there to unlock the door. Thank goodness they were able to contact another manager to come in. As with most great clips, you’re probably not going to get an amazing hair cut. Definitely go prepared to be very specific and clear about what you want. Lastly, a shampoo is extra.

I am a Marine home on leave and all I needed was a simple low fade with scissors on top. Simple right? I GUESS NOT!! The top of my hair is butchered and the fade is the worst I’ve ever had. Terrible job. Do not go here. Beyond pissed and disappointed.

Absolutely love this location, I've been a great clips customer for years and I always try to find a a quality cosmetologist. About 2 years ago after a number of bad experiences at other locations I found Chelsea at the Great Clips in Oakley, she was an exceptional stylist and I had been getting haircuts from her exclusively for a year-and-a-half until she finally made a career change. After that I was quite disappointed and assumed that I would not find a quality stylist again. Then I visited this location, and in came Mariah on White Horse and Chariot! With the masterful technique of a seasoned professional using scissors so sharp, yet balanced, they could only be named Excalibur my hair was crafted into the Mona Lisa of hairdos. With a smile on my face, a pep in my step and a hairstyle so breathtaking it made David Beckham rethink his updo, I barmitzvah'ed outta there, only to return evermore. On a serious note, while I live in Cincinnati, no one but Mariah will touch my hair.
