My mom has dementia, we take her here to get her haircuts. Today no one wanted to do my moms haircut. They took all the men’s haircuts instead of her. They said loud enough for me to hear that it was because they checked in online. Never asked me what I wanted (they were not going to shampoo her). Now I will say the stylist that finally took her was extreme friendly and helpful.

I went to take my son for a haircut after doing the appointment with the app. We waited 30 min. After that it was his turn, the employee( first chair on the left) call him and sit him and left him on the chair and went outside the store to go after another client that she knew that left earlier, because he didn't want to wait. Another employee named Dawn was cashing out a client and was told by the employee that ignored my son and to go outside to the parking lot tobget her client "friend" to do my sons haircut. Its really bad costumer service to ignore a client in this case my son to go to the parking lot trying to get a client that she knows that left. This employee not even apologized not to me neither to the other clients that were waiting to get a hair cut before the client she went after. On the good side Dawn treat my son with respect and did an awesome haircut to him. I will keep being a client because of Dawn, my son is autistic and waited calm, and Dawn was amazing to him. Managers of that store should teach that employee that I dont know her name to be more respectful to clients that are waiting, even her friend should make their turn. My ticket said 6:35pm. If Great clips care about costumers should find who was this employee that went to the parking lot few minutes ignoring my son that was already seated by her to go and get other client. Because what she did was really bad costumer service and can leave a bad experience and lose costumers. But Dawn👏👏👏excellent. Next hair cut will be with her. Thanks Dawn. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
