My sons dad took him to get a hair cut on Tuesday while I ran errands for his birthday. Let me say, if I was there he would’ve received a free hair cut 😡 I came home and almost all of his is cut off. It’s way too short and it’s so uneven it’s unreal. Whoever cut his hair pushed his hair line so far back. One side is cut more than the other and it’s very uneven. I literally cried when I saw his haircut. She cut it too short and that’s his dads fault for not telling to stop cutting but how can she not see how uneven it is and why would you cut the front so far back?! I can maybe deal with it being short even tho she cut all of his baby hair off, but she needs to be retrained on how to cut hair bc it’s completely uneven. It looks horrible. 😡

Fabulous. Fantastic. We just went there today; my wife and I took our two little boys. We could not believe our eyes; their haircuts are nearly perfect. We are so happy. The Rocky River Snip-its is just now under new management - they have two new managers (actually one manager-in-training, and the other an assistant manager). But, a quick story first: Before we visited today, my wife and i decided this would be our final visit, at least to this location, because we have had nothing but bad luck in the past with this location; in fact, the only reason we went there was because we bought a multi-haircut discount package last year, and we still had four haircuts remaining. Otherwise, we would have gone somewhere else. And, so we drove there thinking that our two boys hair would look terrible on the way out again. But, to our surprise we were thrilled to see new faces cutting their hair. And, the two ladies working actually had personalities. And, we had fun during our visit. And, the boys had fun. And, their haircuts are great. They did such a wonderful job on the boys that, afterwards i asked them to cut my hair, and they did; and they did a great job on my hair, too. They were meticulous, almost perfect - i could not believe what i was watching, both with my boys and my own hair - it was totally night and day from our past visits. The two ladies promised us they would be there down the road for our next haircuts. And, based upon this visit, my wife and i agreed to purchase another discount package. So, we say "give it a try; we're betting you are going to like Snip-its under their new management team."

Awesome for small children. I'm very picky about things involving my almost 2 year old son, and this place actually turned out very well for us. Staff can handle an upset child, everyone was very nice, clean and inviting for kids, and they have pretty good deals/coupons. Basically if you have a very young kid and don't want to cut their hair yourself go here.

Wish the ladies were a little more energetic, maybe happier? Wish we could have made an appointment bit of a wait but their was plenty to keep the kids occupied. Our kids hair looks great and the girls had fun! Great concept thank you!

Repeat customer. Employees are great. Wait time was minimal on our walk-in. Movie while we waited. Staff is well skilled on both boys and girls hair. Friendly and good with kids. Didn't try to sell me a bunch of products the whole time like some places. Overall great experience!
