When I came to the salon, "master" was doing her own hair style. I had a feeling that I interrupted her during whole time I was there. She was pulling my hair so hard, during all the time without even apologizing or trying not to do that. She asked what kind of hair style I want and at the end she said, "Here what you wanted. Long at the bottom short on the top" for me it sounded "You got what you want, now getta hell out of here". I also was surprised that she did not style my hair, she basically just dried it with hair dryer brushing on a side... Whenever I went before, I always ALWAYS had my hair styled better way, and with more efforts than from this lady!!!!! She was in hurry to finish her own hair style rather then mine. And I apologize if I interrupted her :) Overall, I really hope that was only single case from "Regis".

I just got my hair done last night and while I'm satisfied with the results it was awfully pricey for only average results....it was 108 for a haircut eyebrow wax and basic color (I have short hair so its not like a lot of color is needed either) I will probably go elsewhere next time ,I was just sick of my roots and hair being all shaggy in my face.
