I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Everyone was so friendly and the facility was very clean. I was nervous about getting my hair cut after about 4 years of letting it grow and do its own thing. A friend of mine recommended that I go to Sorina for my hair needs. I was more than pleased with the results. She understood that I didn't want any length taken off (although it is inevitable as my hair was very dead). Sorina did an amazing job at taking off just enough hair to remove all the dead stuff and create the beautiful volume and movement that my hair desperately needed.

i will make a long story short. it took me a really long time to get my hair blonde. i had Vanessa do my hair & i was looking to tone them to get a brighter blonde color. she made me completely dark brown. wit alot of orange & green tones. whn we called the salon asking if they can correct my color since im not happy at all. the Manager Michelle was very rude.. she actually told us we are no longer “welcome” & hanged up. she was very unprofessional. if you go to illusions please be aware When! they ruin your hair. & do completely opposite of what they say. you will be told its your fault & dont come back. we was not looking for the money back or a free color. i just wanted to correct what Vanessa done. Making my blonde hair dark brown. do not go to this salon. there so unprofessional & rude. & they will ruin your hair. many of my friends & family had the same problem. they mess up your hair & will not fix & tell you do not come back. very disappointed cus the last time i went i was very happy wit my color. :(

The experience was good but the actual service was very sub par. My hair dresser cut my hair completely off and on a separate occasion, my eyebrows were waxed unevenly

Was going to Devin for cuts and on an off for color, when I wanted an appointment, a updo for wedding , bride and bridal party, not aware you HAD... to have a trial at the same cost. Not practical just another unnecessary expense, didn't really believe that they were so adamant you had to have the trial, I questioned it and unfortunately had to go elsewhere, i cancelled all of us and common sense would tell my bridal party would accompany me. It was a least 4 phones calls to the business to cancel, the others again. If not there would be a charge on my credit card. Closer to the wedding date, they called, my bridal party, two family members. Then my sister goes for a cut they question here about her appointment.. we all cancelled at once. This was Stephanie very unfriendly person, talks at you not to you. Recently I called for a haircut booked appointment. With Matti, called to confirm and I had no appointment booked and unfortunately who gets on the phone the Unfriendly Stephanie. To say I thought you were coming here anymore... Just because I didn't get a updo... mmmm iam sure Stephanie cancelled my appointment. It's apparent they don't need business...
