I’ve gotten my hair done here multiple times. They are under new management and ms. Fatima is always a pleasure! Great quality braids, great Service, affordable and very convenient! I’ve walked in as well as made appointments. With each experience I was in and out quickly and very happy with the finished product!

My braids are nice .. but the place smells awful. During getting my hair braided the lady was like oh we all have kids basically rushing , didnt like that one bit. They just wanna braid and get money they dont know anything about costumer service for sure. My braids are nice doe 🤷‍♀️

They do a good job. They just take forever and they over book themselves. Alex had to stop working on my hair several times to do walk ins. I specially booked with Alex but Alex had to keep stopping. They try to lie about who Alex was also. The owner which is big heavy set lady is also very rude. I had box braids and it took 12 hours to get done. Will never be going back

Got some latches from there and I asked the lady more than once if I had enough hair she repeatedly told me I didn't need more hair. When I looked at my hair after I got home, the entire middle section of my hair was unfilled and I in fact needed two more packs of hair. The lady fixed my hair but was very rude. What hurt me was the fact that I have gotten my hair done there plenty of times. I really think she was being lazy but I won't return. I don't understand why she was so rude because I was very nice to her even after she messed up my hair. She has to realize your base customers are Black Americans and without Black American Women you wouldn't have a business. Very dissapointed.

Grat braids painfully tight but felt better the next day. Some staff were quite nice while some were rude not friendly. Ladies at this shop need to learn how to be more customer friendly. Some looked at us soo mean probably were just tired. End result: Satisfied customer.
