Sydney is absolutely amazing! everyone else is really nice and welcoming too! i would rather pay more and have a great end result rather than pay cheap at like great clips and have my hair destroyed!!!! 10/10 would reccomend!

Not a fan! I give two stars only because the lady who did my boyfriend’s hair was very nice, but he was not very happy with the way she cut his hair. Otherwise, I would only give one star. The girl who did my hair was very rude, kept shaming me for box dying my hair in the past (which I have not done for months now), and for using the “wrong” shampoo because she wanted me to buy their $30 shampoo. I showed an idea of a style that I liked, said that I just wanted a little trim and my bangs needed reshaped as I am working on growing them out. What she did looked nothing like the picture I showed her, and she cut almost 5 inches off of my hair when I only wanted a trim! Also, in the process of combing my hair and blow drying it, she caught the comb on my cartilage piercing, not once, but twice, and caught the comb on my necklace and almost broke it.

Val has been cutting my hair for years and I love it every time. Prices are reasonable.

I scheduled a simple eyebrow waxing at Regis. She not only waxed them unevenly but she took a big chunk of hair out of the top of my left eyebrow. I should have known better than to go there because years ago they messed up my hair too. It really is a subpar salon and the associates who work there aren’t very professional. All she said was ‘well I won’t charge you’ when she saw I was unhappy. Gee thanks! Never again!

Im giving the salon itself a so so rating. I only went there because my amazing stylist worled there & i go where she goes. She has since left so i no longer go there & wouldnt. The salon is outdated. The other stylists are capable but spend off time complaining (about management, hours, etc) and arent as focused on their clients as mine is
