I go to get a pedicure with Ayme at the Morse Rd salon. She is professional in her work, and very pleasant to talk with, so I always look forward to my visits with her. The salon is always neat and clean and the attendants at the desk always make me feel welcome. I'm a 79 year old man and they treat me with just as much respect as their other clients. Very much appreciated.

These folks have cared for my post-cancer hair regrowth and I have loved them every second of the way. Now that I have hair again, I've enjoyed it in lots of colors and fun things - blonde, balayage, pink, purple, now lavender. They do a great job with it and are not shy of funky colors while also making sure my new hair stays healthy and strong. They also do not push their products on me, which I love. I know which things I use and like, and only occasionally will they recommend either a change or they'll tell me to stop using something when I need to, etc. I really like these ladies.

I usually don’t give reviews but my first time experience was awful. The lady who did my nails a while ago complained about the way I wanted my nails done to me and told me it was too difficult. Then when I went to go get my hair done the lady tried to get me to do a conditioning treatment instead of cutting my hair like I politely asked her to. I refused and she seemed upset then she rushed through my hair service and didn’t cut any of the dead ends at the front of my hair like I asked to be done. At the end of the appointment she told me I had to buy the shampoo and conditioner without asking me if it was okay. And I ended up having to buy it. I was very enraged with the service and not only was I treated horribly but they were very rude to me. THE HAIR AND NAIL SERVICES WERE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I had never received this rude of service from any of my old hair dressers. And I ended up having to pay 48 dollars just for dead ends being cut off. Never coming here again. Although the spa was very nice and friendly I enjoyed it a lot and everyone was friendly. Never coming here unless it’s for a massage.

I see Kelly @ Kenneth's in New Albany for eyebrow waxing. She's fantastic. Always professional and caring. I highly recommend this location.

I've been going to Kelly in the Spa for years and I love her. Outstanding service each and every time.
