I took my daughter in a couple days ago and wasn't happy with the cut and I called in and they were super nice to accommodate. Donna the manager personally fixed it...and took her time to make sure it was perfect. We will definitely be returning to see Donna! Thanks again. Such great friendly staff!

Great place with friendly staff. I highly recommend making an appointment before going in. It was our first time and even though we didn't have an appointment, they got us in quick. Price was great and they even gave us a picture of our daughter with a lock of hair because it was her first haircut ever. Way fun and I would recommend it to anyone too scared to cut their own little one's hair.

Super accommodating when they should have no reason to be otherwise. Their online system for reserving a spot is a bit spotty at times but they treat the kids well and have the patience i struggle to keep with my own child! Video games in front could use fixing for the older kids but again they are probably happier with their parents cell phone instead. Cute fun play spot for the littler ones to romp in after they are done... or before if you want to drag him kicking and screaming from the fun thing to the hair cutting seats. Which btw are adorable tractors or race cars with tvs in front of them!

I would more than happy with the lady who cut my hair. It was my daughter's first haircut in 6 years so I was emotional and she had a box of tissues and gave me a little baggie to stick with the hair. All the hair stylist even the receptionist was super understanding nice
