I've been going to this salon almost for 4 years now. Rita has great ability and experience on what she does. After I met Rita and saw her experience no one else has touched my hair. She has great costumer service. On the other hand the other 2 that work there need to learn to treat customers better. I even felt intimidated because one of the hair dressers that was there looked up and down at me and I found it very disrespectful . That won't stop me from going to smart style because as I said before I've been going for almost 4 years.

Bad attitude! Tried to bring my 2 year old in for a quick trim this afternoon and there was NO STAFF in the store! An older lady was sleeping in a salon chair with something setting in her hair. We waited at the counter for a few minutes and the old lady woke up saying the lady went to the restroom and would be right back. After almost 10 minutes of waiting she came around the corner RUDELY asking what I needed. Said she had no time to cut my sons hair, that she was busy with the older ladies hair. Maybe get an attitude check and learn how to speak respectfully and you would have more customers. We will never be back.

I walked in a week or two ago for full color and there was no staff at the register. One lady was in the back of the salon and yelled to get my attention also they were extremely rude and there was not a single customer in there. They were so rude that I left and went to another salon.

Went in for a silk press left with a regular flat iron. Tried the service with different stylists. The first time my hair was heavy and the roots were not straight this time it's light but no silk product was used on my hair. Price isn't bad but should have been charged for a flat iron not a silk press.

They did great on my hair, but there timing and customer concentration needs some work. My head was probably in the sink for about 20 minutes without anyone asking if I was doing alright. There attitude needs some work a lot too.
