I have always found everyone to be very knowledgeable and professional at this Saturday’s location. It’s been busy most every time I’ve been there. Most are repeat customers. The staff seems to work hard to fit everyone in who comes in the door. As far as cleanliness goes, it’s always been clean that I’ve seen. I recommend the staff at Saturday’s to anyone who wants their hair done right. I can say this from experience having had my hair permed, colored, cut, styled and foils done.

I would rate this location a zero if I could. My sister and I both went for haircuts and walked out highly unsatisfied/disappointed/irate. My sister walked out with a disastrous attempt at a bob and my trim ended up choppy and as uneven as it could get. When I checked out, I was charged 10 extra dollars for having hair past my shoulders. This location is garbage. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemies. Save your time and money!

I have been to different locations of Saturdays in the last 3 years but this location was the worst. First, they don't take appointments. When I walked in, there was just one stylist who told me that the approximate wait time was going to be 30-45 min. I waited patiently for an hour only to see that two customers are still only half way through getting their hair color done and one other customer still getting her hair cut. The stylist tried to apologize and convince me by saying that its gonna take her just a few more minutes (Really?). I was pissed off and left the place. I value my time, I don't need your apology. Instead, give me a better estimate of the wait time.

Place looks dirty. The hair dresser that took care of me had no idea how to straight curly hair, I paid 37 for a deep condition and blow up. And walked out with a puffy straight Afro. The lady was really nice, she just doesn't know how to do hair.
