My least favorite location and I won't be back. It doesn't feel relaxing like some of the others, the vibe is off. Just the feel of the store was not good, but I didn't pay attention to that initially. I went for a color service and the stylist tried to WAY over charge me. She wanted to do a bunch of processes on my hair that were totally unnecessary, and charge me over $200. All I wanted was a nice burgundy (close to my current color)! Ridiculous. They also didn't have the little spa room like one of the other locations, so no relaxing spot to lay down and get a free mini facial during your hair wash. I left and went to one of their other locations, got a perfect cut and color for WAY less than what this place quoted me, and it was a nicer Nurtur salon. I also obviously didn't get a bunch of damaging processes on my hair just to get a hair color all over that basically matched my current hair color.

Terrible service. Booked my appointment via email, was told there was an opening. And replied yes. Showed up to the appointment only to find out they booked over me. Nothing done. . No one called or alerted me that appointment was could not happen. Had my birthday dinner, had to be late for because of it. Complete disrespect of time. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have been to salon prior and it was sub par hair service, that’s what you get for the price. But after this I will not be going back.

Lie down and get your hair washed. Massage or facial included. Parking around the corner. A lot more room and offerings than other locations.

This place is absolutely amazing. The price for services is very reasonable. The products are expensive (but, they are at all salons). The woman who cut my hair was wonderful and gave me exactly what I asked for.
