PROS: I was in & out within 2.5 hrs. I requested micros and it was my first time going. My braids lasted a while and looked fresh for weeks. They did a good job on my hair. CONS: I called and was given a price of $180 for micros. They have coupons on the website. When I arrived, I advised that I had a coupon for $10 off. The owner told me that the price is actually $190 for micros and the $180 included the coupon. It should’ve been $170. I didn’t mention the coupon until I arrived so she inflated the price. The coupons are useless if they are just going to drive up the price. The women weren’t very friendly and they don’t communicate well. This place is focused on making money only and not customer service.

First I will say my braids are beautiful...... But I paid $220 for box braids. I expect perfection especially for $220. I asked for medium box braids and they gave me small box braids. I said 3 times while getting them braided I said “ excuse me they are suppose to be bigger” while showing the measurements with my fingers lol. I’ve been here two other times before so I knew that whatever the size I’d like them so I stopped requesting them to braid bigger. My head went numb on one side and I told them I couldn’t feel my scalp lol I should have left but I was 1.5 hours in. So now that I’m home trying to put my hair up I can’t move any braids in the back upward because yes they braided them on my damn scalp. I’ve never had box braids stuck to my scalp. My head is throbbing and I can’t lift up my hair in the back. The first two rows are correctly braided but every row after is braided down like baby cornrows I’m beyond angry.

They always do a great job. The customer service is good. And I always get at least 2 braiders, and 4 is not out of the question. I've been coming here for 10 years or more.

I go here once or twice each year since I've found out about them in 2012. They do a great job and I love my hair!!!!

I had gone to this place for a year and my hair thinned out a lot. They do their braids way too tight that I got scabs on the binding sites of my braids to my skull. They always refuse to do my hairstyles because my hair is not able to. When I go to a different salon, the salon doeshairstyle with no problem.Now, I have only received braids from this place. I also have natural hair. Be careful of who you let do your hair. I lost a lot of hair and my front part of my hair is bald in some areas.
