Girls are good but there is a old man who messed up my hair. And if he is there I will never go there to get my haircut done. Girls knows that he is bad and I’m not the only one who complaining about that dude there is lot of customer who been complaining about that guy. He should get fired.

I was very unhappy with my experience here. I was recommended this place by a friend so I thought I'd try it out. First, the hairwash was awful. The lady who did my hair was scrapping my scalp so hard with her nails to the point I thought she was going to cut me. Also, she kept getting her jacket and necklace in my face and eyes and didn't notice or apologize. She was extremely rough. When she went to comb out my hair, I had a knot that she literally attacked. She went ham with a comb to the point my hair BROKE off. I was like.... okay. So then she asked what I wanted. And I told her I wanted to trim off my base layer, about 2-3 inches. Then I wanted to shorted my top layer about 3 inches. When I looked at what she cut, I saw a 5in strip cut from my hair. I also asked her to texturize my hair and she did not. Overall, a 0/10 experience. She was a nice lady to talk to so I'd give her that. Of course you may not have this experience because you may have someone different. Just FYI. Paid about $25+ for the haircut and later on had to get it fixed because it was AWFUL and had no shape and spent an extra $45 a month later.

I have previously had good experiences here but my most recent haircut really damaged my view of this place- worst haircut experience I've ever had. I was getting my hair colored and asked for a semi, which was listed on their site so I assumed they could do that but the lady cutting my hair instead gave me permanent dye and didn't even dye it the correct color. Then after I told her I only put a little bit of product in my hair, she proceeds to spray half a can of hairspray into my hair until it was sticky and just plan ugly. She did not cut it the way I wanted but that could slide I suppose, I'm used to not getting exactly what I want here, but afterwards is what made me the most angry. She did not even clean me off, so I was covered in hair! It was all in my ears and my neck and I had things to do after the cut. It wasn't like she was rushed to finish the job either- I was the only customer in there. I spent like 15 minutes in the Target bathroom trying to wash it all off so it wouldn't be as noticeable as I ran my errands for the day. Essentially, if you want a good haircut, call in and ask if the manager is working. She is the best at what she does, she gave me a very nice cut. It's too bad the other employees can't step up to the plate. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Did a great job...wasn't in a hurry

May 31, 2017
I went this morning may 31th of may to cut my hair. One fat lady said me it will cost me 15$ for hair cut, 3& for wash and 7$ for blow dry. As she was cutting her hair she cut her finger. Which shows she is just the trainer. Hair cut wasnt as i was expecting. And after everything is done she charged me 49$. She said 30$ includes of straghting my hair as wel. Which she never mentioned while doing my hair. When i asked her she was rolling her eyes. She is one lf the rudest person i ever met in my life. Money is not the Problem here. But the the customer service and customer satisfaction overall was very disappointing. If I wanted i would get my money back. But money isn't everything. Self respect and self dignity has some value. Never ever going back to this salon and whoever goes i would suggest not to go there.
