Today, February 25th, I went it in to get a simple wash and blow dry by a stylist named Jason. He did not even own a dryer attachment for the blow dryer in order to dry my hair. My hair is way too thick to just point a dryer at it and expect good results. I ended up walking out of there with a poofy mess of half wet hair. When I got home and took out the hair tie that he used, it was covered and wrapped in someone else's hair! That is utterly disgusting. I went back to complain and all he could say was, "Sorry, what do you want me to do?". Seriously? I just walked back out because he obviously did not care one bit about the disservice that was done to me.

I had highlights & a trim done here. I have never been so disappointed in my whole life. Literally 1/4 in of root still showing ALL over my entire head. It was chunky choppy, bad bad bad. I went there trying to save money & had to have my hair completely redone, next door at Kenneths. Don't do it!!!

They were so horrible I want to dye my hair blonde and they died Orange they were so rude disrespectful to a customers and after all the process that I want to from 1 o'clock to 8 o'clock. Last thing she said was it's your hair it's not the hair dye what kind of bull is that like if you can't do it just say you can't do itwhen I come into the store. And ask if you can do this and you say yes and at the end you couldn't and ruin my hair and then come and talk sh** like when we come to these places were Paying never again going to the store and not even one star

I usually always go to this location but the past few times I just had to leave. I went in the other day and the stylist was ringing somebody out after their cut. She acted like she never handled money before, and when she was done she told me and the lady behind be that there was a wait. Before I could even say anything the lady behind me said that was fine she had an appointment (which I didn't care), but then they proceeded to talk around me like I wasn't even there. Instead of letting me just sign in and wait the stylist started flipping through the book to figure out things and just kept ignoring me. With Kenneth's and great clips both in walking distance I would expect better customer service from them. Im just going to pay the extra money and go to Kenneth's from now on.
