Mediocre salon for the price you pay, mediocre staff.

Had a horrible experience here. Went to get my hair layers trimmed and hair blown out/ flat ironed. Kara took an hour and half to trim and flat iron half my head with a frizzy choppy look. Two other stylists came up to help her and she did not get the hint. Finally one did the other side of my hair while she was finishing up the other. Unfortunately, she did not realize that Kara had been trimming my hair as she flat ironed it. Charged me extra to flatiron that wasn't done correctly and half a haircut. Had to go back to get corrected. All the third stylist did then was redo the flatiron and even the ends. Cost me a fortune. Now I have to have someone even the layers out to the other side.... Had this done for a family wedding and the pictures were taken with my hair in a ponytail because I couldn't get back to get it fixed until after. Ugh!

Love my hair cut

DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT HERE. If you care about the way your hair looks at all, go to another salon. I asked for 2 inches off and she took no less than 5 inches, I asked for a "TAPERED" effect and she didn't know the terminology! I am horrified with how this cut looks and question how much training these people receive. Truly the worst cut I've ever had and I will never go back. Now I have to go get this travesty fixed at another salon if possible. If you do go and get paired with Jesy, prepare to have all your requests go unheard. You would do better with a lawn mower and meat shears.
