This place does not even deserve 1 star. I tried calling a little after 9 a.m. on Saturday to see what their pricing was and nobody answered until around 10:30 a.m. I made 2 appointments for my sons for 2:15 even though I wanted around 1. When I went inside there were 2 ladies cutting hair and another finishing up on a man and his son. Nobody even looked at me or acknowledged me. I figured that they were busy so I sat and waited. The lady finished up the man's hair and talked at the register for another 10 minutes, still not even acknowledging me. She then grabbed her brushes and headed into the back. I again thought well maybe she's cleaning her things and will be back. I was wrong. Around 230 I call Regis who are also located in the mall and are a bit more expensive. They said that they could get us right in. I interrupted the two other ladies who were cutting hair and said that I had an appointment at 215 and I don't mind waiting but when they do not acknowledge customers, it is just bad customer service. I asked for their names and they nonchalantly gave me theirs as well as their managers. Did not even apologize. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not go to this place. I will be having a word with corporate as well as the new owners to the mall. This place does not even deserve to be in business.

I have been going to MasterCuts for a year. I kept returning for eyebrow and upper lip waxing because prices were excellent and I always got good service. I was overall satisfied with how the waxing turned out. Today I went in for a normal eyebrow wax and the lady completely botched my brows. Her name was Robin. I asked her specifically to clean my eyebrows up but not to thin them out. I’ve always had good brow structure but wanted to get them cleaned up every so often. I could tell she had not heated up the wax properly. It wasn’t warm enough and so it took forever for her to get the paper stuck to the wax. She repetitively would tweeze my skin while trying to clean up little hairs. It was painful and my entire brow line at the end of the waxing was bleeding. I was really upset to see that my eyebrows were too thin and more more than I’ve ever had them. I’m 21 years old and I’ve tried to maintain the length of my brows. I have worked in customer service so I’m very sensitive to complaining about issues when I go out for anything. I try to be a peaceful person and I try to be understanding but this left me in tears. My eyebrows take forever to grow back and I felt like she didn’t care about what I needed as a customer or what I requested. I don’t feel like she knew what she was doing. I will not be returning.

Management is poor, that is why they are normally understaffed. She cant keep the good stylist there.

I will never return to this salon. I was not even acknowledged when I walked in and had to ask the lady to sign up for a haircut. She told me to "hold on", then shoved a clipboard in my face and said it would be 20 minutes. This was about 3:10pm. She told another girl she was supposed to be off at 3 so she was leaving. Meanwhile 2 other girls are giving color, and I understand that takes a long time. But one of them just sat there waiting for the lady's color to sink in? I guess. She could have easily trimmed my hair in that amount of time. Another dresser had a man in her chair all those 20 minutes I waited. They were in no hurry at all. A man walked in and sat down without signing in so I asked him if he had already signed in and he said yes. I said there is no way I am waiting for that lady to do another man's hair before me, crossed my name out, and left. Livid.

Unlike Mary I love this place. Mary must not work and understand that they are understaffed. I have been coming to Master Cuts for years now and I love all the girls even Bobby in there. Never had a bad service. Thanks
