Tiana is a miracle worker. I'm fighting hair loss from chemo pills and I've been hiding under a hat for 6 months. Yesterday she gave me an amazing flattering cut that hides my bald patches. After 2 trips to penzone and two awful cuts she is a gem! She is my go to from now on.

I had a fantastic experience with The Great Clips. Despite arriving close to closing time, the stylist kindly accommodated me and provided excellent service. The salon had a warm and friendly atmosphere, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I sincerely appreciate their flexibility and the overall pleasant environment. Thank you for a wonderful haircutting experience.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience of my life. The professionalism of the two stylists I interacted with today was horrible. The lady who was working with me was having trouble understanding my concerns with wanting to blend my layers with out using a razor, which is understandable, however, she asked another female stylist, Jackie,for help. When my stylist told her I preferred to have a razor used, the stylist started mocking me. This is a small space and my stylist, an older Asian lady, and Jackie proceeded to talk loudly to one another about me and in front of other customers. My anxiety kicked in and I started to cry because I felt humiliated, it also didn't help that Jackie proceeded to shame me to the client she had in her own chair, laughing as she told him " I don't know what she wants I'm not a magician" and again, this is a small space and there were customers who were hearing everything and staring at me. I got out of my chair and expressed how rude and unprofessional they were and repeatedly told them I just wanted to pay and leave as I cried. The manager tried helping but I just wanted to get out of there. Worst experience of my life!!

If you're a person of color. Do. Not. Go. Would give zero stars if I could. Had the worst possible experience at this location... I took my two nephews (ages 8 and 3) to get a haircut at this location and we had a stylist REFUSE to cut both of the kids hair. They were making rude, micro-aggression based comments about the kids' hair giving excuses why he didn't want to cut it. The manager didn't step in or say anything. Not to mention, the person who did end up cutting their hair did an awful job. The comments were so rude and overt to the point one of the kids asked if they were being mean "because we are brown." Will never be back. If you're a person of color, go literally anywhere else unless you want to be ridiculed for having a different hair type.
