This has been my go to place since moving to the area, as my haircut is very simple (15 mins tops) and does not require a high price salon. However, the past couple months have left a lot to be desired. In the past week alone, on two different occasions, I have spent well over an hour waiting for a haircut and still have yet to receive one, and on both instances I checked in online before arriving (which they encourage and is supposed to expedite service and reduce wait times). Upon arrival on my last attempt at a haircut, my name had been inexplicably removed from the waitlist and I was told I would have to be added to the bottom of the list. I was told it would only be 15 mins, yet after over 30 mins 2 of the 4 stylist went on "breaks" at the same time while 5 customers were still waiting for haircuts (one of which was going on her second smoke break in the time I had been waiting). I work in the hospitality industry and if I made 1 customer wait on service, let alone 5, while I "went on break," I would be fired. Needless to say, I will be seeking a new place to get my haircut in the future and I suggest you do to. The value is not worth the headache or unprofessionalism.
