I used the app to check in for a haircut. It said I had a 35 minutes wait. I showed up 20 minutes later (with an additional 15 minutes wait left on the app). When I check in at the counter the lady said it would be another 35 minutes before they would get to us. I showed her my app and asked why the app said 15 minutes but she said 35. She shrugged her shoulders and said “I don’t know”. It makes no sense to check in early if they don’t put you on the list til after you arrive. We had 40 minutes before we needed to leave. Should have been plenty of time if they had honored the original check in. We ended up leaving and when I told her his she acted like it was my fault.

I found this place today because the place across the street was as usual understaffed and unfriendly. We were immediately greeted and checked in. Wait wasn't too long. I did not know about the app check in. Stylist was Patricia and she was awesome and friendly and thinned out my granddaughters extremely thick hair. We love it. Thank you so much. You are our new place to go.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I received from this Great Clips. Went in for a trim, came out with a disaster. The manager did not bother to ask what I wanted before she started cutting. I wanted a simple trim. Instead, she "evened out" my angled bob, which took me quite some time to grow out, and notified me after it was already gone. Regardless, the cut is blunt and uneven. If I wanted a cut like this, I would have put my hair in a ponytail and just cut the tail right off. I am very very unhappy with this haircut and will never be going back.
