If i could I would give 0 stars. Everytime i go in here there is one stylist and very long line. Never extra people. I go in today and there is one stylist doing a color and 5 or 6 people waiting. We were not acknowledged in any way or told how long the wait might be. Completely ignored. I finally asked another customer if she had said how long the wait was. He told me what order everyone was and that they had not been greeted in any way either. I consider that extrememly rude. After 10 minutes I left and went across the street and was greeted before I got in the door completely and was told a wait time and there were 3 stylists and several waiting. I will not be back. I have given this place numerous chances and nothing changes.

The person helping me was excellent even in the face of horrible under staffing by Super Cuts resulting in the public coming and blaming her..EVEN FOR WHAT WAS HAPPENIN AT 3 OTHER STORES. As if she had ant control. Yet, she was professionsl, dud her job and smiled while listening with an attentive ear!

Went in for a trim and I had a lady named Princess cutting my hair. She was friendly, but it was an odd experience. I have never had anyone re-part my hair from my side part, to the middle. It may have worked out if I didn't have a cowlick, but my hair is not trained to go this way. She told me my hair was "uneven" after she forced the middle part, which my hair wasn't used to. So she "fixed" it and when the hair cut was finished I asked if I could use the comb to part my hair the way I always do and not to my surprise, my hair was uneven. She had to take at least another inch off to even it out. It was the same with my bangs also. I just wanted a trim for my bangs and she tried to cut way to far up, I had to tell her I didn't want them that short because she was about to hack my bangs off. While she was cutting them, she had the scissors pressed against my face and went straight across. I found it to be unprofessional and uncomfortable. Princess was nice, but I won't be back.
