Wow... I have just moved here and was concerned about finding someone who could style hair with a caring manner... So I just chose a place close to home And that was not a Mistake. After moving my hair Was a mess, and My great Grandson Needed a haircut badly As well. I picked him up after school And we went to Glen eagles supercuts And met Tim Who did a great job And is a true stylist... We were very happy with the results And Tim especially...!!! Thanks.

I am the manager at the store at the store at 150th and western. I am sorry Ms. Ferguson didn't receive the quality of service we offer. I did check our computer and you are not in the system. I also called one of the other store that has a male worker and they also cannot find you in the system. We would like to offer you to come in and have the correct experience that Supercuts offers. I had a horrible experience with one of the workers here, and can't remember his name unfortunately. First, he was cursing during his general conversation both when cutting my hair and the two people before me. Then as he was cutting my hair he was going ON and ON about how horrible my hair is and how it looked and could not stop talking about me having dandruff, which isn't even that bad at all. He didn't understand at all how I was wanting him to cut my hair and wouldn't listen well enough to figure it out, even when I had pictures. He cut a face frame into my hair without even asking, which I knew already looked bad on me. He didn't cut my hair evenly, and then put a product in my hair before even asking, which made my hair crunchy and stiff (which i hate) - and I ended up being allergic to the product. I usually do not write reviews unless they are positive, nor do I care much about how my hair is cut, but I was so offended and hated my hair so much after walking out of there that I didn't want anyone to have the same experience as me. In the end, I had my hair cut again elsewhere, several inches shorter than I had wanted, just to fix his job.
