Do not, I repeat, do NOT let Taylor anywhere near your hair! I read reviews and people praised him so I made an appointment. I arrive for my appointment, we head back to the shampoo area and he asks if me if I want highlights, I reply not this time just a cut. He got the biggest attitude at this point, I should have gotten up and left, I really wish I had. Once we get to his chair and I explain to him what I want, trim just follow the style that is already there. His attitude is just getting worse. This man butchered my hair. He just started picking pieces up and cutting. My hair is absolutely horrid. RUN, run as fast and as far as you can from Taylor.

I visited your store and ask for quotation for service since I have this problem with my hair being two toned. The lady named Kimber quoted $140 for the service and promised that it will be fixed. I scheduled an appointment the next day and it didn't turned out the way I wanted it to be. I was so disappointed since it looked almost the same as what my hair condition before. I talked to the manager and she didn't handle the situation professionally. She was rude and made me pay $140 even if I wasn't even satisfied with the outcome. I did asked for a half payment instead but she insisted that they did their best and I needed to pay the full amount.

I had an eyebrow appointment with Bryce and a formal makeover with Danielle who told me it would be $22 for eyebrow treatment and $60 for a formal look including fake lashes. This was my first eyebrow waxing. Bryce was able to turn my long, bushy eyebrows into something I actually like. He waxed, trimmed, and tweazed everything perfectly. Danielle was great. I was nervous at first because she wanted me to pick the colors, but I am so happy with my face now that I am going to get my bridals and wedding make-up done by her again. Kimber made sure I was happy with my services and sent the pictures to me. I am very happy I decided to get a second make-up trial. Will get both services again. 5 stars.
