I walked in with hair well down my back... I asked for a cut past my shoulders. (A cute long layers shaggy kinda cut) I was also getting my roots touched up and gray covered. I received services from Stephanie S... DO NOT EVER LET THIS GIRL CUT OR COLOR YOUR HAIR! I was sent on my way, crying as I got to the car, with a shorter than my shoulders by a few inches cut with the most disturbing color in splotchy spots! I looked like I had a damn bowl on my head. I've since returned to have the salon manager cut more off to try to salvage some damn style. I'm mortified and disgusted. Please save yourself the tears as I wish I had!

The staff aren’t particularly helpful, and the store is a complete mess. In one particular section a conservative estimate would be that 75% of the shelf was empty. It wasn’t limited to just one type of product; all types of product across the entire brand were mostly out. A large portion of the samples were in the wrong spot, or just missing all together. All of this was just an hour before they opened, not the end of the day like I would’ve imagined. I just don’t get the impression that anyone here really cares. I’ll be sticking to the Belle Isle store from now on.

I really do love Ulta as a whole, but I would rather make the much longer drive to Norman or order online than ever set foot in this store again. Y'all got a weird vibe and I was not treated very well on more than one occasion.

Customer service here is always really bad. I try not to go to the location and try to head to bell isle district. The manager is even a rude person and doesn’t know how to talk to people when they are asking for her help. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
