Best service ever! Love the colors Macey has done on my hair and the hair cuts also. These ladies are very attentive and sweet and there to help you

Left here yesterday after getting my haircut by Macey thought it was fine because I have slightly curly hair didn’t notice anything woke up this morning was straightening my hair and it was a disaster completely uneven and very choppy looking. Thank goodness for Shelby I went back today and she made my hair look amazing!!! Moral of the story ask for Shelby EVERYTIME!

So first off I had an awesome job done several weeks back gave us awesome service I left very happy. I recently went back for a trim hoping for Shelby. A difrent lady who was the MANAGER left my wifes hair side ways and un even a couple days before was there and I left with my trim being nothing in the way I had asked for and un even aswell! I would get this terrible establishment negative 5!! but to my dismay I can only give 1 as a lowest.

Always get the best haircut here. Always look cool for school and summer

Stopped in for a trim, shortly before the holidays. I knew better, but was short on time and since it was ONLY a trim I thought it would be fine. I was wrong. There were 2 "stylists" and they were chatting with another customer. I waited patiently, in line at the counter, they continued to chat and ignore me for 10 to 12 minutes. Finally 1 of them asked if I needed anything (nope, just enjoy standing here). I let her know I needed a trim and my layers freshened up. During the shampoo she didnt use a towel and got water all over me. Had me walk back to the chair with no towel under my hair! Water dripping everywhere. When I asked for a towel she said, "oh yeah".She didnt use conditioner so my hair was tangled. She walked away several times and ended up using A LOT of detangler to get my long hair combed out. She then picked up sections of hair, flipped them up and trimmed. I've had lots of trims and layers, but never like this...she had no idea what she was doing. My hair is uneven and choppy. I wouldn't recommend this place.
