I worked at this location for 3 years and loved it so much (just needed to move on.) I know the GM is a doing everything she can to improve this salon and Supercut's wonderful guests happy! Love you, 80165!

Rude and a super long wait! I left and went to a much better place nearby!

I've had lots of different hair cuts from a lot of different places some I liked but most I didn't. This place was on a whole new level! The lady that cut my hair was hitting my head so hard with the comb I honestly felt like my scalp was bleeding. Not only this but she constantly hit me in the face with my own hair and never said anything. When she did wash my hair she didn't rinse my hair out almost at all (I have very thick hair) so needless to say my hair was crunchy and I had to retake a shower when I got home. She charged me $20 for a blow-dry and I ended up leaving with wet hair anyways. I told her I wanted it longer in the back and shorter in the front and she did whatever she wanted. So I paid almost $35 for a cut and a wash just to go home and had to have it fixed the next day. If I wasn't desperate for a hair cut I would have waited a few days to go somewhere else. I will not be coming back.

Haircut was way too short and not even. Now I'm just hoping my hair grows out quickly. The lady also weird.
