This was the worst hair cuts I have ever gotten. The way the ladies talk to customers nasty, cause they are not happy how there hair was dye, very trash customer services and the ladies that work there. If you are looking for a nice trim and layers DO NOT GO HERE AS YOU WILL WORK OUT VERY DISAPPOINTED. I'm shocked in the manager that runs this place and the ladies that have no care in the world that you are unhappy with your hair cut. I paid for a cut and shampoo, never got the shampoo but was told i still had to pay for it. I will never go back to this place again and make sure my friends and family does not either. This place needs cleaned up.

The lady who cut my hair (she seemed to be the manager?) did a horrible job. I grew my hair out from above shoulder length for my wedding and after the wedding was over, I decided to cut it back to my normal length. I have very curly, thick hair. I showed her some pictures of what I wanted, length, style. She did none of what I asked. My hair is about an inch too short and one side is thinner than the other and not straight in the back. On top of that, she did not cut my bangs. Curly hair is longer wet than dry. She cut it wet without thinking about how short it would be dry. I guess she also thought I would never straighten my hair so I would never see the lopsided cut in the back. Now I am just waiting for it to grow out so I can get it cut by a professional. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR.

I came in today, moments before I decided to shave my hair, I came in a met a wonderful person named Jena. She save my hair and made me feel like everything will be ok. When I first walked in I wanted to cry. I felt hopeless. Today I couldn't stop smiling. I feel beautiful. Thank you again Jena!! You have amazing staff with full of laughs and smiles!
