Great Clips— They are “Great” at cutting hair, not so much as styling or making it look good. I had the same experience with a woman whose name shall remain disclosed who reeked of smoke odor and was less than enthusiatic. My hair cut was not what I asked for and more like a girl who was in a racing competition for how fast she should cut my hair, like I was unimportant and worthless. However, there are some nice employees who occasionally will do as I ask, which should be expected from a place like this. And they can be really sweet and caring, and they will do as you say and will make you want to leave them a $100 tip (maybe not that much but you know what I mean:) But due to the few “stylists” who ruin it for others, the service is extremely inconsistent and I do not recommend considering this chain for hair cuts because of the risk of a poor experience, however if you find a good stylist you could stay with her/him and have a positive experience, but other than that, it’s better to just spend the extra money on a hair salon or barber shop who are actually professionals and have a good haircut for however long than to go cheap and look like a bird for 3 months. Unless that’s your thing than go for it.

I will never go here again! I ask for a trim of a couple of inches and left with the biggest mess! The “stylist” appeared to be on something and i could not wait to get out of there. I had to go to another store to see if they could even it up but they had to literally cut my hair as short as my husbands! The only reason there is one star was because you cannot leave a review without a rating. The lady that had to try and fix this took pictures and sent them to the owner of the Jenks location.

Pros- they have some nice ladies that are friendly and do a great job. And the are about the cheapest around and offer discounts very often. My advice is pick your favorite stylist and stick with her. Cons- you are often greeted with the question "did you check in online?" No hello. There are a million places to get your haircut...if you act burdened that I'm there to get a haircut I will happily go some where else. One young blond woman had a strong smoke odor that was sickening.
