The employees in this store all need to be fired, also I would have given zero stars if that was an option. When I called about doing a makeup session for my Halloween outfit with this store NO ONE answered the first time. My phone range for two minutes and I decided to hang up and call later. When I called about an hour later, I experienced about the same wait time. So, after I reached someone I explained what I was looking for in my makeup design. Before I could even finish stating what I wanted, the lady cut me off and started saying that none of "her" girls could do what I wanted. She kept going on about how she could contact someone from her store, but she was too busy. Her attitude and sound of her voice was coming off as extremely annoyed by my call. The employees at this store were very unprofessional and rude. BTW- all I wanted done was a basic sugar skull design and I had a similar design done by the same store last year. Anyways, I'll be taking my business to MAC.

I wouldn't go to the salon. The women there are beyond catty and childish. I don't care who cuts my hair, so I never went to one person consistently. THEY TOOK IT PERSONALLY. They gossiped about it EVERY TIME I went in, trash talking each other and claiming each time it was because the last one did this or that wrong. While I did have some things turn out not as I asked, it was never disastrous and I usually liked it better than what I intended to get. Too much girl hate. I'm a low drama person and don't give a squat about egos. The curly haired one who was about to have a baby was the ring leader of the negative vibe tribe. She's talented but her attitude was gross and disrespectful to her team members. No thanks.

HORRIBLE customer service. Waited in line while only one of the three employees rang people up while the other two just chatted behind the counter. The ulta add had a buy two get one free deal on a brand of nail polish, the moron who rang me up said this one bottle which was the same brand as the other two was not on sale. What a joke, this store and the idiots who work here should be fired
