Shelly is awesome, she does a wonderful job for me everytime. that's why I continue to come back again & again. The other lady's are very good as well, but I just prefer using Shelly bc she knows what I want, I'll even go two weeks without a haircut to wait on Shelly to be available, she is awesome!

They lock their doors at 730 on a Friday when their sign clearly reads 8pm. The lady working tells me she has two more clients waiting and there’s no one in the building! She had unlock the door to let the two people out they had just had the haircut. Not sure how you can lock the door with no exit and still have patrons in your building, last time I checked That’s against firecode!

Not a bad haircut. Not the best either.

I got a mediocre haircut and a bad attitude. I'm going to have to go somewhere else to get my cut evened out and cleaned up. The worse part is, when I asked the stylist to even up some areas she got mad and said she knew would be a problem when I walked in the door. I'm definitely calling corporate about the horrible customer service!

I had shoulder surgery & couldn't do my own hair. I think I've used every stylist in there & they have all done my hair, be it natural , be it blown out, or braided. I've been very happy. They also have a great moisture treatment.
