I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint. They now have given my kids all of their first hair cuts, and will keep coming here as long as I can. From the personal service to the cheap prices there is no reason to go anywhere else! Highly recommended for kids!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! My nephew was taken here today to get ready and cleaned up to be in a wedding tomorrow. The stylist completely BOTCHED his hair. I'm not sure of her name, but he said she had short hair. He went there 05.26.18 around 5:30P. He came back and there is no way to fix his hair or make it look good. I am horrified at how uneducated and the lack of style sense she exhibited in this cut. How could you possibly not notice when you've gone too short and uneven?! He was supposed to have a 1.5 on the sides and back and finger length on top. His hair looks like it was buzz cut. One of the most awful haircuts I've ever seen. Really need to train their people better. And, if their barber has no sense of style, let them go! We can't fix this before tomorrow! Thanks, but no thanks!! Never coming back.

I've been visiting this SuperCuts for 5 years now and have never had any problem. The stylist I use is super conscientious about my needs, is friendly, and I feel very welcome when I am greeted by all the staff. The issues (complaints) I've read below seem to reflect a couple of things -- one, you don't need an appointment but it helps if you have one (otherwise you risk waiting on walk-ins which is just a natural part of the business); second, if you ask for a particular blade # and say "I want a 1.5 on my hair" and don't specify EXACTLY where you want it used then that is YOUR problem -- they can't read your mind, and shouldn't have to I will continue to get my hair cut, dyed, and curled at this location because I appreciate the attention I get from all the staff and I enjoy coming to a place where I feel welcome

Very displeased on my second visit. Came in at 11am. Both hairdressers were busy. The woman stationed on the right, as you come in, asked if I could come back in 10 minutes. I said I could do some shopping next door and return in 30 minutes. She looked up my phone number and said, we'll see you at 11:30 Phil. I left, came back at 11:24, she had one person in her chair doing hair and another in the chair next to her waiting. She looked at me and said, "OH, YOU'RE BACK?" Obviously setting a time does not work at this establishment, even they're the ones that set it. My first haircut wasn't exceptional anyway so, no need returning here. There are plenty of places to get my haircut and they will more than likely honor an appointment time.

I always get a great haircut from Chinh. She is calm, kind, and professional. I use the online app to schedule. It's always a pleasant experience and very reasonable too.
