I love Salon Halloo! I so appreciate having a quality salon in my little town! Shannon is an amazing stylist and has the biggest heart. Mattie gives the best pedicures and all the girls there are so kind and talented. I always get compliments on my hair and I love that my color looks so natural (which in the number one sign of a great color job in my opinion). Thanks Salon Halloo for all you do both for you clients and your community!

Thank you Salon Halloo for the fantastic cut and color. I just came home from a tropical vacation and my hair needed some love. After a thorough consultation from my stylist we came up with a plan and it turned out beautifully! I highly recommend Salon Halloo for your next beauty service. FYI, they are officially certified as a "Green Salon" in case you are are also trying to make your foot print on this earth a bit smaller :) Cheers!

Big-city hair and small-town friendliness! I've trusted Shannon with my hair for years. I moved from Portland to Hood River last year, but I still come to Salon Halloo every 8 weeks to get my hair taken care of. Shannon helps me adjust my color with the season of the year, my preference, and those few little gray hairs that are popping up. Great pedicures here too!

This was by far and away the worst hair experience i ever had in my life. This salon basically ruined my hair. Felicia was my hair stylist. i came in and asked for a rose-gold brown and walked out 5 hours later with unblended Hot pink fuchsia roots and a tinted blotched blond bottom. almost in tears i tried to tell the stylist my hair was nothing close to what i wanted- i was then bullied by her and another employee. These are some of the comments said to me;" this is what u asked for so sorry" " if you ask-th and receive-th then don't complain-th and just use really hot water and the roots will fade. " I could tell something went wrong with the color when the stylist washed my hair with steaming hot water multiple multiple times and then proceeded to tone the bottom multiple times after it had gotten rinsed out. i was in shock when i left. The next day i contacted the stylist and asked for her to redo my hair. That i had shown it to some friends and they too agreed it was the worst coloring they had ever seen. I never received anything back from her. When i involved the manager things only got worse. She tried to offer a redo but only the roots. She basically wanted to go over the roots with dark dye and would really only dedicate an hour and a half to try and fix it because it wasn't "fair" to move her other clients that came in every 4 weeks and bought her hair products...... and because i didn't- it wouldn't be worth the time energy to try and fix it to what i originally wanted. She defended the stylist and said my hair was not "THAT "bad and it was "a look".......Mind u in the week i had to deal with my hair like this i lived in a knit hat.... but had complete strangers come up to me and asked what happened to my hair with absolute pity in there eyes.I cant express the amount of unprofessional behavior i witness with not only me but other clients there as well, i witnessed first hand the employees making fun of a woman that had some in with alopecia ( Balding of the scalp) When i tried to confront the manager about the complete lack of respect and unprofessional ism i was told that some people just cant be made happy! i asked for my money back so i could go to another salon to try to have my hair fixed. She agreed but i'm yet to receive the money in my account.... i know bad hair can be fixed but untrained ,disrespectful callous customer service cannot. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED>
