TERRIBLE place. I had my hair clipped using a 3 blade took about 3 minutes and paid full price with a great tip. I thought it was a little longer in one area but due to the shortness couldn't tell for sure. Went back today and the manager immediately noticed the area as I look like a clown in that area. She stated I hadn't been there since 2017, then I had been there 2 days ago & finally a month ago. I have an area of about a 1/2 dollar or so in size. I stated that I didn't want to pay $18.50 for a hair cut for just this small area. Willing to pay a small fee/tip and she looked at me with a blank stare not answering me at all. I finally had to ask her are you stating no and she said yes. I realize it is partly my fault for not going back earlier but are you kidding!! No customer service, deadbeat staff who were all hiding in the back finally had to cough to get anyone to come out. This is a retirement area with tons of 55+ customers you would think that they would have a little more concern for good reviews and great customer service. I would have given them a zero for the rating but it won't allow me to do so. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. GREAT CLIPS or any other salon, here I come.

Horrible place!, I took my brother to get his haircut there and they were very hostile. All of their staff needs to get fired. They didn’t even cut his hair the way we wanted it even though we showed a picture. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this “place” to anyone. Save your money and go to a place that can actually cut hair. They charge $16.50 for a CHILD haircut!! Never seen a place charge so much!!

Decent haircut - but of course just like anywhere it's all in who you get. The wait is never very long, though it's even better if you can check in online before you go and jump to the front of the line. The best part is it's right next door to Safeway, so I can get a haircut while my wife is getting started on the shopping. Also, after the cut I live the hot towel at the end.

Terrible experience here! My haircut came out uneven on my sides and the back was very poorly done. I would avoid this location overall. The lady who cut my hair did not seem to care about making a good job or even a decent job.

Never have enough people working. Despite checking in online ahead of time, there have been 45 minute waits numerous times. A few of the stylists have different ideas of what clipper numbers mean as well... wound up with unintentional high and tights a few times. Most people are nice and give decent haircuts.
