At 2 of our last 3 visits my teenage son ended up with a shaved head because they are inexperienced and don't know how to do a Caesar cut properly and just today shaved his head again when we asked for 2 to 2-1/2 finger lengths, long on the top and high and tight in the sides. How do you misunderstand 2 finger lengths as a #2 shave when you customer is demonstrating with her hands how long she expects her son's hair to be. We will never go back here and do not recommend this shop.

I got a bowl cut from a place down the road on accident and decided to go in here to see if they could fix it. It was clean, everyone was friendly, and Megan did a great job cutting my hair. I will definitely go back again.

Its was a nice experience, I got my cut in a timely manner and I loved it.

Got my haircut here, when I walked in Krista had to use the bathroom so I offered for her to use it before she started my hair and she declined and proceeded to cut my hair. I was in a hurry because I had court so I didn’t have much time to fully inspect my hair before leaving the location. After my busy 7 days I had a chance to finally style my hair and realized my fade was uneven and one side was longer than the other. When I called too see if it could be fixed they wouldn’t let me come back because I was at there “7 day mark” I will not being getting my haircut here again.

Hands down the most unfriendly, anti-kid Supercuts I have ever been to. Both times I brought my kids (and my kids love haircuts and are super easy) they would hardly acknowledge me and glared a couple of times. I even brought this up and stylist admitted to co-worker, “I gave them the look.” My wife told me that she received the same exact service the times she went in. The manager of this location needs to let the employees know that if they don’t like cutting hair or people, go work in a cubicle, loading dock, or someplace else you don’t have to talk or deal with people. I tipped 3 dollars in both cases, just trying to see if it would get a thank you...guess what...zero. Just lazy, hate my job, looks...
